On July 28, 2026, Cyera signed a letter of intent to buy Oasis Security for approximately $1 billion. Cyera will pay for the transaction mostly with cash and use its own company stock for the remaining balance.

Recently, Cyera raised $600 million from major technology investors, which pushed its financial valuation up to $12 billion.

Top venture capital firms like Accel and Cyberstarts held investments in both software startups prior to this announcement.

This massive deal joins two fast-growing security companies into one giant force.
