Fallout Series Returns To Amazon Prime Video With Season 2

First seen in Collider:

The Fallout series has reclaimed its streaming throne on Amazon Prime Video with the debut of Season 2. The show’s first season was a massive success, garnering over 100 million viewers in less than six months, a feat only achieved by one other series in Prime Video history, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. Creators Graham Wagner and Geneva Robertson-Dworet have set the bar high with their adaptation of the beloved video game franchise.

The first season successfully replicated the look and feel of the games while telling a unique tale that captivated both longtime fans and newcomers. Season 2 promises to be just as exciting, with a New Vegas setting that is ripped straight from the pages of what’s widely regarded as the franchise’s best game, Fallout: New Vegas. The story picks up shortly after the confrontation at the Griffith Observatory, with Hank MacLean, played by Kyle MacLachlan, running for New Vegas in a suit of power armor.

Lucy sets out in search of her father, accompanied by The Ghoul, who is determined to uncover the truth about his family from the Vault-Tec junior executive. Their journey takes them to Novac and an abandoned vault, providing them with insight into the monstrous nature of the Vault-Tec executive.
