Russia Launches Devastating Attack On Ukraine Amid Fragile Peace Talks

As the fragile peace talks between the United States and Ukraine entered their third day, Russia launched a devastating barrage of drones and missiles on Ukrainian soil. According to Ukraine’s air force, Russia deployed a staggering 653 drones and 51 missiles, triggering widespread air raid alerts and crippling the nation’s defenses. The air force reported that 29 locations were struck, with at least eight people wounded in the attacks. The attacks were not limited to eastern Ukraine, as drone sightings were reported as far west as the Lviv region.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) also sounded the alarm, stating that Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant temporarily lost all off-site power overnight.
